WVT started with the idea of providing complete HR Solutions for the Marketing industry. We aim to source and provide quality candidates for all our clients¡¦ requirements.
We take great efforts to make sure we arrive at the right candidate at all times. A study of the requirement and the possible sources is done before short listing the candidates. Our test and interviews are customized so that the candidates short listed have the aptitude and attitude for the job. The candidate is run through a screening procedure which involves written tests, group discussions, interviews etc.
We have an excellent database of resumes, where we could borrow candidates from if the requirement is immediate. We aim in laying a foundation towards building a lasting relationship between the employer and the employee to make sure the candidate fits the required profile perfectly.
