Proposal--
Physical Classroom Program in your City & E-Learning/Online Distance Learning & Workshops or Counseling-cum-Admission Centres
There will be several business/financial models – Classroom; E-Learning (Videoconferencing); Distance Learning & Corporate Workshops. In this model Franchisee would offer wide range of clinical research training programs in the city. Franchisee could target other cities in that state, if there are no Cliniminds franchisee in those cities. Exclusivity would be offer only for the specific city.

Franchisee Responsibilities
• Franchisee to offer infrastructure, faculty, classrooms, secretariat, and assistance of clinical research department/investigators for the practical training.
• Franchisee to manage the programs on day-to-day basis.
• Franchisee to hire 2 to 4 full time staff, depending upon the business model
• Franchisee to advertise and market the program in the territory
• Faculty costs (visiting faculty is paid on per lecture basis)
Cliniminds Responsibilities--
• Provide complete training to run and manage this business
• Cliniminds to select and train the faculty
• Cliniminds to also bring in training content which has been developed for such programs, and has already been tested for years, and is being regularly upgraded.
• Cliniminds to provide one business development executive
• Cliniminds to also bring in senior clinical research professionals / trainers twice a year at Cliniminds cost. If franchisee needs more visits by senior industry professionals, Cliniminds would arrange that at the actual costs to be reimbursed by the franchisee.
• Cliniminds to depute one marketing coordinator.
Financial Model--
• Franchisee to receive attractive revenue share of fee on all courses, E-Leanring Programs and corporate workshops.
• Franchisee Total Investment – Rs.2 to 7 Lac (including franchise fee) plus working capital of Rs. 2- 4 lac for first quarter, depending upon the infrastructure available. Break even at the first quarter of second year.
• Franchisee to Receive : 60% Revenue share of classroom courses
• Franchisee to receive 30% commission on all E-Learning; Distance Learning & Workshops (for workshops payment would be made after deduction of expenses for workshops)
• Tax will be deducted as per Government of India Guidelines. All necessary documents would be provided for taxes deducted.
This is an indicative model. Model in each city/state could vary depending upon the business potential The actual model for each city/state would be calculated on the basis of the potential. Final Business Plan would be worked out upon agreement.
Other Important Information / Issues
• Franchisee & Cliniminds to jointly work for the placement program of the students.
• Complete marketing and training support would be provided by Cliniminds.
• Cliniminds will work with you very closely to develop business from your region, and help you in designing the marketing plan. Detailed business plan would be given for your territory.
• Cliniminds has an excellent placement record with the companies like Ranbaxy; CliniRx, Max Neeman, Max Health care, Apollo Hospital, LG Lifesciences; Nexus and several other pharma companies and CROs. Cliniminds & Franchisee to jointly work for the placement program of the students. Cliniminds students have been offered salary packages upto Rs.2.5 lac annually as starting salary.
• All certificates/diplomas to the students would be given by Cliniminds. Certificates would also carry Accreditation/Certification of the Pharmaceutical Society of India and ISO 9001:2000.
• In the next 12 – 24 months number of other programs would be added in the training portfolio.
