Suguna to hit a century by 2010

Suguna Group, a Coimbatore based broiler producer is planning to take the count of ‘Suguna daily fressh’ stores to 100 by the year end. The company is targeting Chennai and Bengaluru for opening these stores via franchise route, as confirmed by a company official.
Established in 1990, the company started as a small poultry farm in Udumalpet, Tamil Nadu, now has presence in 11 states across India. The company covers 85 per cent of the chicken consumption area in the country and is operating through 45 ‘Suguna daily fressh’ stores.
