IFA’s Certifide Professional Course
Recent years have witnessed a sudden increase in franchising in India. More and more people and businesses are looking for locations where they can start their franchise outlets or businesses. However, one of the key issues that is retarding the growth potential of Franchising is a massive shortage of skilled manpower in Franchise sector.
Hence, Indian Franchise Association (IFA) along with FranCorp, is proposing a structured franchise training course through Jaipuriya Institute of Management, Indore. This is a novel concept which has not been introduced at any other institute in India and will be announced and released on 11 December 2010 during Franchise India 2010 show. Our certified course on franchising aims to provide an introduction to the franchising world and is recommended to all the working professional, budding MBA’s or graduates, interested to be a part of the franchise sector. It will equip students with an understanding of how a franchise business operates with a mix of theory and practical applications of franchising structure and management issues, including: Franchisee Recruitment, Selection and Training, Initial and On-Going Franchise Support Services, Franchisee Performance Monitoring, and Franchise Fees.
